Unfortunately for legal, beginner level singletrack you really do have to leave the island right now.

If you have a license but no car there's always .

Depending on where you are moving on the island: but if you are downtown though the West Island is far.

I read about that meeting - a friend here is on the national CMBA and it was big news (we are in alberta). I hope good things happen. In the meantime I will avoid the mountain with my son and see what other sport i can interest him in...maybe road :shock:
